Most custom jobs are completed within 3–7 business days. Rush service is available on request.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No minimums for most custom items. Whether you need one gift or 100 promotional pieces, we can help.

Artwork & File Requirements

What file types do you accept?

We accept AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, and high-resolution PNG or JPG files. For the best results, vector files are preferred.

I don’t have a file – can you help?

Absolutely. We offer custom design and logo creation services if you need help developing or cleaning up artwork.
